For the person who thinks the service is rude and prices high - GET REAL. Have you checked prices elsewhere? Flour is $15-20/bag nowadays. Do you even realize how small businesses work? They do not have a large profit margin, ask me, I am one of the customers who insisted they raise their prices rather then go out of business.

Rude - are you one of those customers who wants everything right away? In that case, Zain's is definetly not for you. All food is prepared fresh throughout the day. Have you ever been to a fine dining restaurant before? Good food takes time.

Customers who come and quible about .5 cents when your profit margin is 5-10 cents doesn't help. They have a line-up and customers like this take a lot of patience. They do not understand any other language. RUDENESS IS THE ONLY LANGUAGE THEY UNDERSTAND.

Excellent food. Yes service is a little slow and it does get to the owners sometimes when they get unreasonable people but it is well worth the quality and price.

I would recommend to anyone.

I am very shocked at the customer service and attitude of the owners.All the food is prepared next door and the prices are very expensive for the quality.I would not recommend this place to anyone.Rudeness and high prices does not make a good business.
