What a fantastic experience! We came in for dinner once and have been back numerous times. Niko really is a master with flavours and presentation! My wife and I have never had calimari like he does it and it is outstanding! Shrimp skewers, awesome flavour, we have had the lamb, which is to die for and I dont know what he does to veggies but just try anything and Niko will blown away your taste buds! We have even been in for breakfast and I can highly recommend some kind of fruit french toast sandwich that was so delicious you just dont want it to end. We have also had take-out which has also been fantastic and if you need catering, you simply have to have Niko!! Thank you for opening such a great little place with such nice atmosphere! We will be back again and again!

Early for a meeting, I dropped in for a light snack and some relaxation. Mezze is Greek for 'nibblies' mean to be shared by friends, explained Niko, husband of Christina and the Bistro's chef. I started with roasted sweet red peppers. A generous potion of these was served finely sliced, seasoned with garlic and basil, in a light oil and vinegar dressing, with toasted bread and pita wedges. My neighbour makes these and I have always thought hers the best until now. Mussels di Napoli completed my light supper. Another generous portion, the mussels were steamed in tomatoes, white wine, herbs and veggies (lots of julienned carrots). Both dishes and everything else in this cozy and tastefully decorated bistro are made on the premises by Niko who has worked at some of the large kitchens here in Toronto. Based on the taste, presentation, generous portions and reasonable pricing I will be back with friends and family to sample more of the traditional Greek and Canadian food which includes soups, salads, fire grilled burgers, sandwiches, wraps, pastas, steaks, chicken, pork, lamb and six or seven different seafood dishes. I also hope to enjoy more conversation with a man who knows how to cook and how to welcome guests to his 'home'.

This was an excellent surprise. The environment was very warm and pleasing, service was very friendly, and the food was excellent at a very reasonable price. To put it simply, I walked out very satisfied and in a great mood.
