Kokyo has a very good service and friendly staff. The prices are low for their location (Downtown Toronto).
Eaten there many times. The food is tasty, the quality is very good and the quantity is fair.

Eaten here many times, always been wonderful. They have great lunch specials and the portions are big. In the hot weather they have a big patio (well big for TO that is). Service varies from excellent to all right, but I have never had bad service there. Can't go wrong with Kokyo, good food, good prices, and good location.
