Too crowded, poorly laid out and the servers are rude to the customers.

Every single time I have gone there one of the servers throws a hissy fit on someone. Frankly I am tired of being treated so poorly.

They need some schooling on how to treat customers.

My favorite cafe in the universe! Ambiance and service are friendly, decor wildly eccentric and amusing, chairs super comfy, coffee pretty good and cookies overly large, sweet and delicious - the gingerbread is brilliant.
